I guess one way of wearing my halter neck low back dress (*this one*) on the streets of Calcutta is to wear it this way. I know some of my peers are comfortable wearing shorts and halter necks without being conscious of the lechery but I know my limitations and I can't wear certain outfits here. The crowd matters. I always apply the mantra of dressing according to the time, place & my comfort level.
