A book..a few good films..some good songs..a gothic romance is all this heart wants..*sigh*
I have 4 exams tomorrow and I am sitting here doing everything but studying. I have been studying for the last 3-4 days and I got an inspiration to create an outfit..So you how it was essential I just do this..I am not procrastinating! It's been raining in the the most piss poor manner from Saturday afternoon..I hate weather like this. I love torrential downpours creating an almost gothic romantic atmosphere where all you want to do is curl up in a warm corner and look out the window watching and just watching the rain coming down. Soft, silky textures on your skin and the earth's smell as you sit wrapping yourself in your arms or leaning against the one you love. In my ideal world you can do all that for endless hours without the worry of catastrophic exam results or missing out on a day of work. Just sitting there with all your senses heightened, all your nerve cells tingling with hope and an energy so positive that all you can do is curl up your lips and smile.
P.S.-The Maybelline Colossal kajal is awesome. And those are my new shoes from Jabong!
See you next time
Keep sending your love till then

I am not being mushy
I know that feeling when you have an exam tomorrow and you are suddenly interested in doing everything except studying. And oddly, even the chores seem so damn interesting! :D

DeleteIt's monsoon season in Arizona. (Which is NOTHING like monsoon season in India, obviously.) However, it's only been raining at night which means that I don't get to see the rain that comes once every... year.
ReplyDeletebeing gothic in monsoons is a very nice idea at least when I see it from your point of view. I agree on the torrential downpour thing, coz I too love monsoons that way ! Hope u have a good exam !
